We are privately owned and our management team and employees represent the largest shareholder grouping.

Our investment bankers operate out of our investment banking hub in London and in conjunction with our local offices around the world:

• We aim to grow with our clients by helping them achieve their strategic goals and acting as, or augmenting, their own in-house corporate finance team.
• We provide and execute strategic options for our clients, including disposals, acquisitions, international and domestic private placements and IPOs.

We focus on our core emerging market expertise:

• Service investors responsible for fund flows to and from these markets globally.
• Raise strategic and financial capital from international and domestic corporates operating in emerging markets.
