Yacine joined Sindicatum in March 2007 from Ernst & Young where he was part of their Oil & Gas M&A team in Aberdeen. Yacine has over 4 years of financial, management, and political advisory experience, having started his professional experience as a Political Advisor in the Algerian Foreign Ministry, before joining a management consulting firm in Shanghai. Yacine holds a bachelor’s and a master degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Université d’Alger.

Renita du Toit
Chief Administrative Officer

Renita is Sindicatum’s Chief Administrative Officer and in this capacity she manages administration and human resources and combines these with broader executive assistant duties. Renita joined Sindicatum in 2002, having previously held administration positions at SABIC Global, Internet Unlimited and Goshawk Enterprises. She was educated in Harare, Zimbabwe, and Cape Town, South Africa.

Clement Lavallard
Managing Director

Clement has over 11 years of investment banking experience and joined Sindicatum from JPMorgan where he had been in charge of investment banking coverage for Western European fixed line telecommunications and where he coordinated the firm’s investment banking coverage of emerging markets telecommunications operators. He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.

Sonia Luis
Office Manager

Sonia joined Sindicatum Limited in June 2007 as Office Manager. Prior to this she worked in the retail and architecture sectors, holding various positions, from Culture Team Coordinator to Office Manager and PA. Sonia holds a BA in Hispanic and Portuguese Studies from Kings College London University.

Natasza Moskwa
Office Assistant

Natasza joined Sindicatum in 2005 as Office Assistant. Natasza was educated in Krakow, Poland. She is a graduate of Agricultural University of Krakow and holds degrees in Environmental Engineering and Land-Surveying.

Assaad Razzouk

Assaad co-founded Sindicatum Group in 2002 and Sindicatum Carbon Capital Limited in 2005 and serves as Board member of Sindicatum Holdings Ltd, Chief Executive and Board member of Sindicatum Carbon Capital Limited and Board member of Sindicatum Capital International Limited.

Alexey Romanov
Vice President

Prior to joining Sindicatum Alexey was an Associate at the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa M&A team of JP Morgan in London.
Prior to joining JP Morgan, he worked at Mezhcombank in Treasury, Strategic Planning and Risk Management and at KLP Soft Drinks in Russia. Alexey holds an MBA from HEC School of Management – Paris and a diploma from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Jean-Benoit Terrasse
Managing Director, Board Member Sindicatum Capital International

Prior to joining Sindicatum Jean-Benoit was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions group at JPMorgan in London. His experience encompasses executing mergers and acquisitions transactions in various sectors and countries. He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.

Vanessa Toh

Vanessa joined Sindicatum’s Investment Banking Group as an Associate in May 2007. Prior to that, she worked at Libertas Capital in renewable energy research. Vanessa holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, which included a semester spent in London Business School and a Masters degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

Mike Wheelhouse

Mike has over 17 years of investment banking experience, and prior to co-founding Sindicatum headed financial services equity research teams at Fox-Pitt, Kelton, ABN AMRO Hoare Govett, and Nomura International plc. Mike is a graduate of Cambridge and of University College London.

Kozo Yamazoe
Chairman, Sindicatum Holdings Ltd
 
Kozo co-founded Sindicatum after a 22 year career in investment banking at Nomura International where he headed emerging markets, international equity capital markets, equity syndicate groups as well as principal finance. He is a graduate of Osaka City University and of Durham University.
